Good Friday to you, Pie Fans! If you are holding a Muncharoo voucher and starting to panic, we will honor the purchase price ($10) of the voucher in June, not including weekend and Farmers’ Market purchases. We are not required to do this, but we always love to make our customers outrageously happy!

There’s been some confusion about whether or not we actually have pies available this week. The answer is, YES!
We had to close orders for the week, which means that you cannot call and ask for a specific pie at a specific time on a specific day, but we have consistently had more than 30 pies in our most popular flavors for carryout.
It’s been an ongoing learning process to balance special orders, inventory on hand, and product to take to the farmer’s markets. I’m proud of our progress, and we will keep working to get the optimal balance.
Orders may be full for this week, but we are cooking and cooking to ensure there is pie in the shop! We will then take a little break May 28, 29, and 30. The shop will be closed and we will return on the 31st with some exciting news coming June 1!
Did you buy a Muncharoo voucher for The Pie Bakery waaaay back in late February or early March? If so, they expire in just six days! Unfortunately, our orders for the week are full but we will have pies available in the shop for carryout.
The Pie Bakery will be closed on Sunday May 13. Come see us when we reopen for regular hours on Tuesday!

We are working our way through our “Usual Suspects” and have Dutch apple, blueberry, cherry, Magic Lemon, and strawberry pies available now, with more to come! We have all staff on hand and will be cooking through the afternoon to ensure you have a great choice of pies both in the shop and at the Farmers’ Market!
WOW! Due to continued high demand, we have to close orders for this week. We will have pie and cinnamon rolls available in the shop–as much as I can make! As one lovely gentleman said to me as he grabbed my lone cherry pie: “I don’t care what kind of pie you have as long as it’s my favorite!” Stop by and look for an old favorite or a new delight to try!
If you were wanting a pie for Mother’s Day, we will have a number of pies available on a first-come basis on Sunday! Or, ask us about our gift certificates! Mamas love pie.
And, plan ahead and order early for Memorial Day! Start off the summer right, with the best pie in KC!

Due to overwhelming demand for our DELICIOUS PIE, we will not be at the Overland Park Farmers’ Market tomorrow. We will be fully stocked with pie in the shop and will be baking throughout the day. We apologize to our Market customers.
